Health Screening – We will be screening all patients and staff as they enter our offices. Screening will include a temperature reading and questions regarding any current symptoms. We do ask that anyone who is currently displaying symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, shortness of breath, cough) please reschedule their appointment for when they are well.

Optional Remote Check In – Although we are not requiring our patients to check in remotely, we are offering this option for those who choose. If you would like to check in remotely, please call our office from your vehicle upon arrival to the parking lot. Our staff will take your information, check you in, and call you back when we are ready to start your preliminary exam. (Please see office numbers in locations tab).

Guest Policy – We will be requesting that our patients arrive by themselves for their appointments unless they are under the age of 18 or need assistance for mobility or health reasons. In the case that a patient does meet the requirement of needing to bring a guest along, we would like to limit that to 1 guest only. Guests must also follow the masking policy.

Social Distancing – Our waiting rooms will be configured to allow distance of 6 feet between our patients. We also request that our patients follow these distancing rules when waiting to check in or speak to a staff member.

General Hygiene – North & Watson is taking particular care to disinfect exam rooms between patients. Common areas such as the waiting room and contact lens room will also be cleaned regularly throughout the day. In addition to providing an area for hand washing we also have hand sanitizer available and encourage both patients and staff to utilize either of these options routinely.
