LATISSE™ is typically not covered by insurance.  The average cost  is around $120 per month.  You get 60 applicators in the box, one applicator for each eye every night.  LATISSE™ has a program called LATISSE Lash Perks.  The program may offer rewards for LATISSE purchases and when you sign up, Allergan makes a donation to the Make-a-Wish program. 

Application is easy.  Remove contacts and make up prior to application. Use one applicator and apply every night to upper lash line only.  Wipe off any excess solution.
