Dr. Jay Olson grew up in the Twin Cities. He received his undergraduate degree at St. Olaf College and then completed his Doctorate of Optometry at the Indiana University School of Optometry in 1990. He joined Drs. North and Watson in the fall of that year and has been the managing optometrist at the Ridgedale office since 2001. He specializes in contact lenses and diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease. He is a member of both the Minnesota and American Optometric Association. Dr. Olson is married and has two sons.
